The Atrocity Response Coalition for Justice (ARC) is an interdisciplinary consortium of survivors and their allies working to transform how the world responds to atrocities, and to bend the arc of history towards justice.

We bring decades of collective expertise to laying the foundations for survivor leaders to identify and pursue meaningful and viable pathways to justice for atrocities, and to sustain this work without compromising their well-being or safety.
