ARC is not building a model where outsiders deliver solutions to survivors. We're building the conditions for survivor leaders to gain power, support, evidence, and connection, and for the institutions around them to listen, learn, and change.
It isn’t enough to say that atrocity response systems should be more survivor-centered. Decision-makers need evidence, tools, relationships, and models that show how to work differently, and that's what a strengthened field of survivor leaders makes possible.
